Is the consultation really free?

Yes — the first 30-minute consultation is free, no credit card and no commitment. If we both agree there is a good fit, we quote ongoing services separately.

Can I reschedule if needed?

Yes! You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment through the confirmation email you'll receive.

How do I pay for ongoing services?

If we continue after the free consultation, we invoice per engagement and accept cards via Stripe (USD) or Mercado Pago (MXN), including SPEI and OXXO.

Is the consultation fee refundable?

Yes, full refund available if cancelled with at least 48 hours notice. No-shows or last-minute cancellations are not refundable.
